SERVICES

Caulking

CAULKING

Our experienced teams install state-of-the-art Industrial caulking and sealants materials along with  preforming silicone extrusion systems that are weatherproof your building or structure. In addition to installing caulk and sealants in new construction projects, we can remove aged or failing caulk or sealants on existing buildings.

SEALANTS, CAULKING AND EXPANSION JOINTS

TCG is an experienced concrete waterproofing contractor applying sealants, caulking and expansion joints for all commercial-industrial buildings and structures.

Concrete Conditioning

OUR TCG 212 CONCRETE SEALER/CONDITIONING

Applied "Correctly" to concrete, Our "Concrete Conditioner" will perform as complete Waterproofing, eliminating the penetration of water and soluble contaminants into any cementitious material on any job site including salt water.

We can prevent moisture from soaking into porous concrete,  TCG Concrete Sealer "will" close the pores in the concrete to prevent absorption of water and salts and form an impermeable layer which prevents such materials from passing in and through the concrete causing major issues such as "Spalling".

CONCRETE FINISHING AND REPAIRING

THE COOPERA GROUP WATERPROOFING has more than 25 years of experience in Concrete Conditioning and Sealing.

Expansion Joints

EXPANTION JOINTS

An expansion joint is a gap between parts of a structure that allows for movement due to temperature changes, vibration, or other factors. Expansion joints are also known as movement joints.  One of the largest forgotten structures of these is the Garage Structure

Forgetting about these well used structures can cause more damage resulting is a extremely high cost for repairs or even worst will be a danger to anyone using the structure.

Garage Expansion Joints

GARAGE STRUCTURES

Parking structure repair and maintenance can be a large undertaking due to the massive square footage of many parking lots and multi-level garages. However, preventive maintenance can increase the longevity of your building's structure and systems, helping you avoid expensive replacement costs.  Ask Us.

CONCRETE FLOORING, FINISHING AND REPAIRING

THE COOPERA GROUP WATERPROOFING has more than 25 years of experience in concrete floor coating and sealing.

Concrete Spalling

CONCRETE SPALLING

Concrete Spalling is the breakdown of concrete via natural weathering and/or chemical reaction that results in sections of cement chipping off the main body – often resulting in fractured, compromised concrete. Spalling looks like pitted acne scarring and breaks off in flakes or chunks which will in turn expose the rebar to unrepairable damage.

Deck Coatings

DURABLE DECK COATING SYSTEMS

Deck coating systems protect the structure by Waterproofing the concrete substrate while providing an attractive wearing surface if desired.  Deck coating systems meet the requirements of projects from plaza Deck Waterproofing to Condominium Balconies to high-traffic vehicular decks.

The system consists of a durable skid-resistant wearing surface and a Waterproofing layer, which protects above-grade decks from the damaging effects of water and chloride ion penetration, preventing the water from penetrating the spaces below.

Vapor Barrier

TCG 212 AIR & VAPOR BARRIER SYSTEMS BENIFITS

Air and vapor barrier materials come in many forms, such as self-adhering sheets, fluid-applied membranes or various forms of fabric wraps; products are also available with breathable and non-breathable performance characteristics.

Due to the building science of air and vapor barriers, a total system approach must be used to match the correct mechanical system with the correct air and vapor barrier system, depending on the geographic climate and the intended use of the building.

The Coopera Group Waterproofing is the only installer of TCG 212 in SOFL.

Roof Coatings

ROOF COATING BENIFITS

Roof Coatings are formulated to protect roofs from the damaging effects of weather and the environment, such as UV light, and excessive water and wind. They are formulated to provide protection for many years and are also extremely elastic.

While protecting the roof other benefits of Roof Coatings are Waterproof is done correctly,  "lower Energy Cost", Monolithic seal meaning...no seams to allow for water intrusion, multi year warranties, wont have to be removed to replace, can be installed directly over the original layer.

CONCRETE CONDITIONER

WHY USE OUR TCG 212 CONCRETE "CONDITIONER" SEALER

Our "Concrete Conditioner" (NOT a water repellent) is a clear, no film, penetrating 1 time application product for virtually all; above-grade, vertical/horizontal concrete, stucco, block, brick masonry, and more...

Our treatment does not alter the color or texture of the surface or significantly affect the vapor transmission qualities of the substrate.

The solution penetrates the substrate and chemically reacts to create a barrier against water penetration. This barrier is resistant to ultraviolet and weather deterioration and more...

With some products on the market you must reapply on a maintenance schedule every five to 10 years.  Ours comes with a 20yr warranty so no need to worry.

POOL DAMAGE

Yes, waterproofing is a fundamental necessity for gunite pools. Concrete is porous and prone to water penetration, so it must be sealed to keep water in the pool and keep groundwater out. Water seepage can lead to structural issues and erosion.

The solution penetrates the substrate and chemically reacts to create a powerful barrier against water penetration. This barrier is resistant to ultraviolet and weather deterioration; however, with some products on the market you must reapply on a maintenance schedule every five to 10 years.  Ours comes with a 20yr warranty so no need to worry.
